WFO Series Rebrands as NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by KKM

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WFO Series Rebrands as NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by KKM
The WFO Series is proud to announce an exciting new chapter as the series officially rebrands to the NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by Keith Kunz Motorsports (KKM).

This rebrand represents a strategic step forward - bringing together NARA and Keith Kunz Motorsports (KKM) to elevate what the WFO Series has built and expand its impact across the micro sprint landscape. The partnership also marks a notable shift for KKM, a powerhouse long associated with non-wing competition, as it steps further into wing racing through this new initiative.

While the name is new, the on-track product remains the same. Each event will continue to operate as scheduled, delivering the same high-level competition and professional event experience teams have come to expect.
In addition, five NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by KKM events will be broadcast live on FloRacing, providing national exposure for teams, partners, and host tracks.

2026 Featured Events & Payout Highlights

The NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by KKM will include several marquee weekends with major money on the line:
Southern Illinois Raceway - "The Hustle" (WFO Highbanks Hustle) - June 19-20, 2026 - $12,500
Doe Run Raceway - "Prelude to the Queens" (WFO at the DOE) - August 28, 2026 - $2,000
Farmington Empire Speedway - "Queens" (WFO at the Empire) - August 29, 2026 - $2,000
Coles County Speedway - WFO Tom Rieck Memorial - September 11, 2026 - $5,000
Coles County Speedway - "Halloween Clash" - October 16, 2026 - $2,500
2026 Point Fund Structure

The NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by KKM will feature strong season-ending incentives:
Outlaw Wing: $10,750 point fund
Restricted Wing: $2,800 point fund

To be eligible for championship points and participation in the season point fund, drivers must be paid NARA members.

Looking ahead, NARA officials have outlined a clear competitive focus for future growth. The series will prioritize Outlaw Wing and Restricted Wing divisions for the 2026 season, further strengthening depth and consistency at the national level. In addition, plans are in place to introduce Wing Junior Sprints in 2027, creating a defined development ladder within the NARA Wing Challenge Series.

The NARA Wing Challenge Series Presented by KKM builds directly on the momentum created by the WFO Series while positioning the program for broader geographic reach and new market expansion. Although the current season schedule will remain intact, series officials have indicated that additional dates may still be added.

“This move allows us to honor what WFO built while stepping into a bigger national vision,” series leadership stated. “By joining forces with KKM, we are creating new opportunities in wing racing while maintaining the competitive integrity that drivers expect.”

Further announcements regarding membership, potential schedule additions, and series developments will be released in the coming weeks.
